Resolutions and Documents
The Corporate Documents form lists all of the documents in the database except for reports which are on the main menu of each form.
Options for letterhead, corporate seal, and notary appear when a title is selected. You can import different letterheads, and corporate seals for each company and a different notary seal can be imported for all of the companies.
Once a document is selected a series of questions appear. Data is automatically inserted for reoccurring items. You can change the inserted answers and save the changes to the database.
Once questions are completed the document appears in a standard word processor for further editing. It can then be printed, saved to an RTF file, or saved to the database.
