Professional
Resources
Realtor
Note: The description of each Professional
Resource form is very similar. If you
are going through Help forms one-by-one you may want to read about one of the
Professional Resources then skip to the Other
Resources form.
Purpose: Information relating to the realty that
the company uses on a regular basis is needed for some of the resolutions and
documents. This provides a single location
for information related to the real-estate firm, reduces the possibility of
errors, and reduces the amount of time needed to produce documents.
Overview: To add a record, press the New button
on the standard toolbar. The new
record that is generated is titled New Realtor Record. Click in the realty textbox and enter the
name of the realty. The initial ‘** No
Realtor **’ record must remain an option for companies that do not have a
realtor that is being used on a regular basis, so this record can not be
modified or deleted.
Fill in the data including the appointment date which is
the date of the directors’ resolution documenting the appointment of the
realty as the company’s normal real estate agency. Add as many realtor records as needed for all
the companies in the database.
All of the realtors are displayed in the realtor
list. When a different company is
selected using the company tabs at the top of the form, the realtor for the
company is selected in the list and the realtor’s data appears on the
form. To select a different realtor
for a company just click on the name of the realty in the list while the
company name is selected in the company tabs. If a company does not have a real-estate firm that it uses on a
regular basis, select the ‘** No Realtor **’ option.
